Orders will be shipped out in about 30~40 days directly from our U.S. warehouse. (This is a conservative time estimate, and we aim for a shorter preparation time.)

We understand that waiting time for pre-sale sometimes causes frustration and we'll make sure that won't happen to you lovelies. 🥰 If any of you lovelies wish to cancel your order(s) for any reason, simply contact our customer support team at customer@lumiberry.com BEFORE the order(s) are fulfilled for shipment. Our customer service team will cancel the order(s) for you with a full refund. Please kindly note that in case of cancellation, ALL your pre-sale orders will be canceled.

*The gifts change from time to time. The gifts are mixed in each level of gift and will be sent out RANDOMLY.

The host will play the games in the order received. 

The host will ask the buyer for 3 random numbers to start the game. If the buyer is not present to provide the numbers, the host will play the game with "345".

Please kindly note that the host will NOT be able to re-play the game if the buyer(s) miss their order. The buyer(s) could ask the host about the number of pairs they won in the game. 

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE:

The styles and designs of the ordered products will be sent out RANDOMLY.

The order(s) will NOT be shown again during a live stream and will be fulfilled directly from our U.S. warehouse, once they finish production and are ready for shipment. 

The U.S. warehouse won't be able to check for duplicates if multiple orders of the same product are ordered. 

The sales are FINAL. The order(s) can NOT be canceled/returned after the order(s) are fulfilled for shipment.
