2 Scoops = 10 Mystery Bags + 1 Draw of Card + 1 Surprise Gift

P.S. 1 mystery bag contains 1 piece of hair clip.

The Surprise Gift and draw of card varies from time to time.

WHAT'S THE PLAY FOR THIS PRODUCT:

There are 5 cards and within the 5 cards, there is one Joker card. We'll make 1 draw per each order (2 scoop counts as 1 order). If the Joker card is drawn out, there will be 1 extra reward bag. 

So there is a 20% probability to draw out the Joker card (an extra reward bag). 

Packing Rules:

If you place order(s) during our live streaming hours: we'll pack the order(s) in that live packing event. You don't need to comment or request the order number anymore. Our host will pack all orders and in the order received. 

If you place order(s) outside our live streaming hours: your order will be packed during the next Live Packing Event. During the live, please comment the last 3 digits of your order number + your first name initial to request Priority packing. 

The host will finish packing ALL orders placed during the live streaming hours, and the Priority orders. 

For non-priority orders (orders placed outside the live streaming hours and aren't called out for priority packing during the live): we might pack them offline, depending on the quantity of the orders. 

If you missed your order(s) during the Live Packing, the host couldn't repack the order or re-do the draws. If your order was packed in that live session, you could request a re-show of your order*. Sorry, we currently don't support livestream replays. 

Rules For Re-show: if the host is in the middle of packing your order and you missed seeing some of the products in that order, you could ask the host to re-show you the products immediately. If you missed seeing the full order and the host is not packing your order at the moment, you could request a re-show for your order and the re-show will be added to the end of the queue, by the time of the request. All customers get 1 opportunity to re-show per each live session. The host is only able to re-show the orders that were packed in that same session. 

Please kindly note we'll call out the last 3 digits of your order number when we live pack the orders to identify orders. 

We will NOT call out your name/address/any other info during live packing, to better protect your privacy. 

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE:

The sales are FINAL on the products in the Live Packing Collection and the order can NOT be canceled after the draws are made.

Styles/colors/designs are drawn out RANDOMLY from the mystery bags. Sorry that we won't be able to accommodate specific or appointed styles/colors/designs.
