Greetings!
May we kindly share an updated announcement regarding the tariff impacts on our orders for the U.S region please?
Upon careful internal discussions and discussions with our shipper, we'll temporarily stop taking new orders from customers in the U.S region starting April 20th, 2025, due to unclear shipping and tariffs situations effective on May 2nd.
(We are NOT giving up our Lumi Fam Members from the U.S.! Please kindly see below for further explanations and our next steps. 🥰🥰🥰)
Orders placed on or after April 20th are exposed to a much higher likelihood of arriving on or after May 2nd at the U.S. port and are subject to the new tariff rates and customs clearance processes.
Why Are We Temporarily Pausing Taking New Orders from the U.S.:
Our international shipping partners said they still haven't had enough guidance and confirmations on the procedures of how the new tariffs and customs clearance processes will take place.
Thus, the shippers can't promise to deliver stable and reliable shipping services at the moment.
That being said, we would have to pause taking new orders for a while, so that we could get more guidance from our shippers, and we could all understand the new customs clearance processes better.
Last Day to Order for the U.S region: Saturday, April 19th
(Customers from other countries will NOT be impacted.)
(We'll resume taking new orders from U.S. as soon as possible, and please also kindly see below for some further updates too.)
We understand that our Lumi Family members need love and a space to hang out and have fun, so we'll keep all of our Livestream Events as usual. So please don't worry- we'll be here. 💖

We spent LOTS of time and efforts, thinking about how we could keep our Lumi Fam happy, during this special period of time. And finally, we come up with this new play that we absolutely LOVE!
Hope the New Play could bring our lovelies fun and let our lovelies feel our love!
MORE EXCITING UPDATE!!
We're in the process of setting up our U.S. warehouse!! 😍
This will inevitably increase our operational costs, but still, the increase will be much less than the tariff impacts.
With our new U.S. warehouse, we will be able to ship orders directly from within the U.S. for our U.S. customers. It also means MUCH shorter shipping time with this domestic shipping option.
We can't promise 100%, but we are doing all we can to make this happen. The new warehouse should be able to happen, if there aren't any uncontrollable/unforeseeable reasons.
We'll need another 1~2 months of preparation time before the actual launch and we'll make it happen as early as we possibly can.
Our lovelies, we love you SOOO much! And please trust that we are indeed trying ALL we can to keep our Lumiberry Fam happy and pleasant as we've always been.

i would like to ask concerning the VIP points due to not being able to order, will the U.S. customers get a break or reduction in points that we have to achieve to get VIP packages when Lumiberry finally gets up and running in the U.S.?

I hope everyone is doing well. We are all kind of lost without our product live streams. I personally am not a fan of the game, it gets boring or repetitive. As a few of us feel the same way.
We (Lumi lovelies) have a suggestion or an idea for you all, if I may. What if you record or live stream the production team making products and/or have the hosts package the new products that the production team have made and live stream them putting them in the mystery bags. Not every night or day, but on certain nights, only a few days a week. Thank you.
