[IMPORTANT UPDATES] Regarding the latest updates on U.S Tariff

Dear All Lovelies 😘,

Hope all our lovelies are enjoying the beautiful spring season! 🥰

May we kindly share some updates on the U.S. tariff please?

On April 2nd, the U.S. imposed an extra 34% tariff on goods from China. So, the current total extra tariff imposed on goods from China is 54% (an extra 10% was announced on February 4, and an additional 10% was announced on March 3). This is on top of the normal tariff rate.

Currently, the shipments are still eligible to cross the border under Section 321 (de minimis entry). Starting May 2, de minimis entry will no longer apply to goods made in China.*

So the packages that arrive in the U.S port before May 2 will still be tax-free under Section 321.

The packages that arrive in the U.S port on or after May 2 will be subject to the tariff imposed by the U.S.

Our team will try our best to bring more new cuties and pretty cuties during this final effective Section 321 period.

We are currently in internal discussions on what changes there will be, should the tariff happen as announced, and we are also in active conversations with the shippers to learn what to expect regarding the new custom clearance procedures. We will try our best to keep Lumiberry as pleasant and loving as we've always been trying to be, and we will share further updates along the process.

We think Spring is the season of Hope and Life, when Mama Nature wakes up and brings blossoms back to earth. 🌺🌹🌷 Let's always remember to love and have faith.

As always, we love you all tremendously!! Hope all our lovelies are feeling the love~ 😘
