[Rules Explanations] Introduction and Rules for Live Packing Sessions

Packing Rules:

If you place order(s) during our live streaming hours: we'll pack the order(s) in that live packing event. You don't need to comment or request the order number anymore. Our host will pack all orders and in the order received. 

If you place order(s) outside our live streaming hours: please comment the last 3 digits of your order number + your first name initial to request Priority packing. 

The host will finish packing ALL orders placed during the live streaming hours, and the Priority orders. 

For non-priority orders (orders placed outside the live streaming hours and aren't called out for priority packing during the live): we might pack them offline, depending on the quantity of the orders. 

If you missed your order(s) during the Live Packing, the host couldn't repack the order or re-do the draws. If your order was packed in that live session, you could request a re-show of your order*. Sorry, we currently don't support livestream replays. 

Rules For Re-show: 

If the host is in the middle of packing your order and you missed seeing some of the products in that order, you could ask the host to re-show you the products immediately.

If you missed seeing the full order and the host is not packing your order at the moment, you could request a re-show for your order and the re-show will be added to the end of the queue, by the time of the request.

All customers get 1 opportunity to re-show per each live session and could only request re-show for their own order. The host is only able to re-show the orders that were packed in that same session. 

The host won't be able to assist with gifting requests during re-shows.

Rules For Duplicates:

The host will check and change duplicates for most of the Live Packing products.

For selected products, for example Mini Kawaii/Food Cuties, Joker Freebies, Standing/Sitting Cuties, Stackable Bracelets with mini beads and etc, the host will NOT check or change duplicates. 

The host will NOT change styles for SIMILAR styles/colors/designs, due to the difficulty of a clear and exact definition of "being similar". 

Duplicates are considered to be 2 of the exactly same ones. 

Rules For Trading/Exchanging Items Between Different Buyers/Orders:

The host will NOT be able to help trade or exchange items between different buyers/orders. This will increase the waiting time for everyone during the Livestream. It would also cause confusion to our warehouse team, resulting in increased possibility of mistakes in order fulfillment process. 

Rules for Gifting:

The host will facilitate the gifting process when one buyer wants to gift something to another buyer. 

It's a beautiful gesture of love and kindness and we think the positive vibes and energy would potentially empower everyone in the Livestream, despite of some extra waiting time. 

Please kindly make gifting requests while your order is being packed by the host, to avoid interruption of packing process for others. If the order has already been packed, the host won't be able to assist with such gift requests. 

The host won't be able to assist with gifting requests during re-shows.

To help reduce the pressure on our warehouse team and decrease the possibility of potential mistakes in order fulfillment process, we kindly ask the two involving parties to both have orders within that Live Packing Session.

The host will ask for the gift receiver's order number while the gifting is in process, so that the gift could be added correctly. The host won't be able to accomodate the gifting requests if the receiver's order number is unknown at the time of gifting. 

Special Lucky Draw: The host won't be able to take gifting requests for Special Lucky Draw Prizes, due to the complexity of searching for specific gift bag among so many gift bags. 

Regular Lucky Draw: For the winning prizes from the regular lucky draws, the host will assist with gifting requests as long as both involving parties have orders from the current Live session. Please kindly make gifting requests when the host is announcing the winners or taking screenshots for the winning prizes (during the Lucky Draw Session). The host won't be able to assist with gifting requests of Lucky Draw prizes during Live Packing Session (when the Lucky Draw Session has already finished).
