[Rules Explanation] Introduction and Rules For Lucky Draws & Special Lucky Draws

We are getting much love for our lucky draws & special lucky draws. Thank you all lovelies SO much for the love and support!! 😍
To better help all lovelies understand the process of Lucky Draws (and Special Lucky Draws) and avoid confusion on the rules, please kindly see below an introduction and some further explanations on the rules. 🥰
How to Participate
1. How to participate in the Lucky Draws:
The host will call out a random number and also the winner's sequence.
For example, the host might identify the 3rd person who comments the number to be the winner.
Please comment the number that is called by the host for that round. For example, if the host calls out number 82, please comment "82" to participate.
The winner is determined by both the winner's sequence and the commented number.
2. How to participate in the Special Lucky Draws:
The Special Lucky Draws will be a special round for every participant to get a prize. To participate and get a prize, please comment the last 3 digits of your order or the special number identified by the host. (The host will give clear instructions on how to participate during the Special Lucky Draw)
Rules & Explanations
1. Please only comment the number ONCE. If you comment the number multiple times, the host will count your first number only. Please try not to comment numbers multiple times, to help our host out.
(We do understand that sometimes it's an accidental error for duplicate comments and please don't worry if that happens. We understand and no pressure at all in that case! )
2. Lucky draw prizes will be shipped together with orders from that session. We won't be able to reserve gifts for future sessions or add to orders from previous sessions.
If the winner doesn't have an order yet when winning the prize, the winner will have till the end of that live to provide the host and moderator the order number. Please ask the host and moderator to add the order number to your prize and get a screenshot. If the order number isn't provided by the end of the live, the prize is considered to be given up.
3. The prizes are for PARTICIPANTS ONLY for the Special Lucky Draws. If you missed the special lucky draws, the host won't be able to add the prizes for you.
(Please don't worry-we host many special lucky draws and there will be more opportunities in the future!)
Similar to regular lucky draw prizes, you could reserve one if you don't have an order at the time of the lucky draw. Type "Reserve" to reserve the prize. Please provide the host/moderator the order number before the Livestream ends.
4. Reserve special lucky draw prizes for non-participant:
A participant could reserve special lucky draw prizes for others. Comment "Reserve For Others-Receiver's Name-Receiver's Order Number" to reserve for others during the Special Lucky Draw(s). If the receiver doesn't have an order number yet, anytime before the livestream ends will work to provide an order number to the host/moderator.
5. The lucky draw prize(s) can only be added to the winner's order. If the winner doesn't have an order by the end of the livestream, the prize is considered to be given up. The host won't be able to add the winner's prize to a different person.
6. Styles/designs are sent out RANDOMLY for all participants for Special Lucky Draws. We won't be able to change styles or accommodate requests for any specific colors/styles/designs.
7. The host won't be able to help trade/exchange prizes, to avoid keeping everyone waiting for too long.
8. The host won't be able to assist with gifting winning prizes to others for Special Lucky Draws, to avoid keeping everyone waiting for too long.
Lucky Draws and Special Lucky Draws are designed and launched in sole aim of bringing more joy to our gorgeous Lumi Fam. The rules are developed to facilitate a smoother process and keep it a fair game for all participants.
