[Q&A] Explanations Regarding Lumi VIP Perks and Status

1. I'm currently a Big Berry in 2024. When is the deadline for me to reach the next level?

The deadline to reach the next level is before the end of this year (12.31.2024).

2. When will my current points accumulated in 2024 expire?

The expiration period is 1 year. You may also log into your Lumiberry Membership Account to check the Expiration Date for your points. 

3. What is the rule for redeeming VIP Gift Boxes?

The VIP Gift Boxes are Welcoming Gifts for unlocking new VIP tier(s) for the FIRST time. Each account could claim the VIP Welcome Gifts ONCE while unlocking new tier(s) for the first time. 

If you've already claimed the VIP boxes for (a) certain tier(s), you won't be able to claim the VIP Gift Boxes again for these tier(s).

4. I've already claimed VIP Gift Boxes in 2024 and I really enjoyed them. Is there a way to claim them again in 2025?

Yes, there is a "cheat" way. You may register a new account using a different email address. This way, you could unlock all tiers again under your new account and claim VIP Welcome Gift Boxes again. We won't forbid doing so. 🥰 The new account will start fresh from Growing Berry.

5. I plan to use my current account and don't wish to register a new account for 2025. What perks/benefits can I get for accumulating more points in 2025?

Your accumulated points achieved in the whole year of 2025 will determine your VIP status for 2026. (Similarly, your accumulated points achieved in the whole year of 2024 also determine your VIP status for 2025.)

The general rule is that your accumulated points in the current year will determine your VIP status for the next year. 

We are currently in development and designing some ongoing perks/benefits for maintaining your VIP statuses and will share further updates as soon as we have them ready. 

6. Can I enjoy both the new ongoing perks/benefits and also claim VIP Welcome Gifts again? And how? 

If you are already a VIP customer with us in 2024, you may use your current account to enjoy the soon-to-be-launched ongoing perks/benefits with your current VIP account in 2025. 

And at the same time, you can register a new account with a new email address and accumulate points under the new account. This way you may also enjoy the VIP Boxes again. 😉
