The deadline to reach the next level is before the end of this year (12.31.2025).
2. When will my current points accumulated in 2025 expire?
The expiration period is 1 year. You may also log into your Lumiberry Membership Account to check the Expiration Date for your points.
3. What is the rule for redeeming VIP Gift Boxes?
The VIP Gift Boxes are Welcoming Gifts for unlocking new VIP tier(s) for the FIRST time. Each account could claim the VIP Welcome Gifts ONCE while unlocking new tier(s) for the first time.
If you've already claimed the VIP boxes for (a) certain tier(s), you won't be able to claim the VIP Gift Boxes again for these tier(s).
4. I've already claimed VIP Gift Boxes in 2025 and I really enjoyed them. Is there a way to claim them again in 2026?
Yes, there is a "cheat" way. You may register a new account using a different email address. This way, you could unlock all tiers again under your new account and claim VIP Welcome Gift Boxes again. We won't forbid doing so. 🥰 The new account will start fresh from Growing Berry.
